Paracas National Reserve is 250Km. south of Lima. The most part of its touristic attractions are in the peninsula area; its beautiful beaches such as Lagunillas and and Farallones, sightseeing places for birds such as flamingos and the Information Center of the Reserve and also the museum.
To the south of the peninsula are some rock formations made by erosion: The Cathedral and los Frailes.
In summer time (december-march) it is recommended to take the excursion by the afternoon so you could appreciate ne of the most beautiful sunsets in your life.
