This carved stones are located by the right side of San Juan river approximately 31 kilometers of Chincha Alta and some 50 meters of the penetration road.
There are more than 200 stones with almost 1000 carved images of andean imaginary with clear influences of Inca, Paracas and Nasca cultures. The most singular are those representing the sun, moon, birds, animals and human-like beings in ritual attitudes and some in daily life scenes. This is a very important archaeological legacy because this stones represent no less than 30 centuries of history.
